Sample Menus

I enjoy designing a custom menu for my private classes. However, if you’re not sure what your group might be interested in, here are a few sample menus I have done for previous groups. You are welcome to choose one of these or we can custom design one. 

I have a 72 hour cancellation policy.

 

Sample Menus

Steak House

Crisp Wedge salad
 Aspens Bacon, Jalapeno, Cream corn 
Garlic  potatoes mashed potatoes
Flat iron steaks accompanied by a bourbon coffee sauce
Chocolate lava cakes with vanilla ice cream

 

 Tapas

  • Spicy garlic shrimp
  • Green Garlic Romesco with Crispy Smashed Potatoes
  • Shrimp and Chorizo  Flatbeads
  • Spanish Meatballs in a pepper tomato wine sauce
  • Mixed green salad

  Greek Classics

  •  Traditional Greek salad

An Evening in Italy
