  • Melt butter and honey in a sauce pan.
  • Quarter the sweet potatoes and place on a lined sheet pan, drizzle the potatoes with 1/2 the honey-butter mixture salt and pepper.
  • Place pan in a preheated 375 F oven and roast for about 30 minutes.
  • Flip the potatoes and drizzle the remaining honey butter on the potatoes and season with more S&P if needed and top with chopped pecans.
  • Roast until tender.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a platter and drizzle any remaining pan juices on to the potatoes.
