Joni’s Tips: What is Neufchatel cheese?
I had to research this since I saw this in the grocery and wasn’t sure what it was!
Neufchatel cheese is a combination of a French creamy cheese from the Neufchatel in the Normandy area of France with a US cheese a reduced fat cream cheese. You can find this cream cheese next to the other cream cheeses in the grocery, however, this has less calories and fat than regular cream cheese.
