I was just told that cinnamon oil is a natural bug repellent.  Just add a few drops to your sunscreen for nontoxic protection!!

Cinnamon has always been a highly regarded and expense spice even as far back as the Roman times.  It is used not only to enhance your food it is thought to be a herbal remedy for the flu, cold and congestion.  So when your not feeling well boil a few cinnamon sticks in water let it brew for about 30 minutes and then enjoy!  

Cinnamon can be used in so many ways from savory dishes to desserts to enhance a delicious sangria.  So get out your cinnamon and experiment with it while your playing in your kitchen.
