3 Ingredient Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1/2 mayonnaise
- 8 ounces of gorgonzola
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and half of the gorgonzola in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in the remaining gorgonzola with a rubber spatula. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The dressing will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator if kept in an a air tight container.
