- Melt butter and honey in a sauce pan.
- Quarter the sweet potatoes and place on a lined sheet pan, drizzle the potatoes with 1/2 the honey-butter mixture salt and pepper.
- Place pan in a preheated 375 F oven and roast for about 30 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and drizzle the remaining honey butter on the potatoes and season with more S&P if needed and top with chopped pecans.
- Roast until tender.
